Maldives Police Services (MPS) arrested 20 individuals in a special operation executed on Saturday.
The Police revealed that the twenty individuals, which included one foreigner and an under-age child were arrested while searching a home in Maafannu ward of capital Male' around 11am under a court order after receiving a tip of ongoing drug trade.
During their raid, 38 packets containing drugs were discovered.
