Three Indians rescued from drowning in Maafushi island

Three Indian tourists were rescued from drowning on Friday in Maafushi island.

The Police revealed that they received reports of the incident around 3.30pm on Friday evening. The three tourists were already rescued by on-lookers by the time the police arrived on the scene. Upon rescue, they were immediately taken to Maafushi Health Center for treatment.

The police assures that all three foreigners are in good health.
