An additional COVID-19 death has been recorded in the Maldives.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), a 77 year old Maldivian male admitted at the Hulhumale' Medical Facility’s Intensive Care Unit passed away Sunday afternoon. This raises the death toll recorded in the Maldives 46.
The Maldives has recorded 12,578 positive cases of COVID-19 to date.
