The Maldives on Tuesday registered a new COVID-19 death.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) said a local male aged 75 admitted at the Hulhumale’ Medical Facility passed away on Tuesday morning. This is the 47th COVID-19 death registered in the Maldives.
The Maldives has recorded over 13,000 positive cases of COVID-19 to date.
