The Maldives on Friday recorded a COVID-19 death.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), a local man aged 69, who was receiving treatment at the DH11 facility in Dharumavantha Hospital passed away earlier this morning. This is the 48th COVID-19 death recorded in the Maldives.
