The Maldives recorded 59 positive cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours. The country’s tally is now at 14,218.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) said out of the 2,768 samples tested during the period, 33 positive cases were identified in the Greater Male’ Region. The remaining 26 cases were registered in the atolls.
The Maldives has recorded 13,402 recoveries and 49 deaths until now. 760 cases are active across Maldives and 53 people are currently hospitalized.
