The Health Emergency Operation Centre (HEOC) has stated that new clusters that are unrelated to the existing COVID-19 cases identified in Fuvahmulah City have been identified in the city. This brings the total number of cases identified in the city to 50.

Speaking at a press conference held Monday, the Health Protection Agency (HPA)’s Director Ahmed Nasir said three clusters have been identified in Fuvahmulah. 959 contacts linked to the positive cases have also been identified.
