An Agreement has been signed between Rasheed Carpentry and Construction (RCC) and India’s Sandal Mauritius Pvt. Ltd for the construction of an apartment building in the Maldives.
The development of 120 housing units in Hulhumale' was awarded to Sandal Mauritius, and RCC has been hired as the company’s contractor for the project MVR 203 million. The ‘One Central Park’ construction agreement was signed between the two companies on Wednesday, with RCC’s Managing Director Ibrahim Rasheed signing the agreement on the company's behalf.
RCC said it is an honor to associate with Sandal Mauritius Pvt Ltd to construct the premium apartment building in Hulhumale’. The company assured all stakeholders that the project would be completed on time.
